Responsibilities
- Architect and implement long-term technology roadmaps for post-2026 digital transformation initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive organizational adoption of futuristic methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
