Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Executive experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves and market shifts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of securing $5M+ budgets for strategic technology projects
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
