Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy framework encompassing AI governance, quantum computing applications, and neural interface systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces integrating emerging technologies into enterprise architecture
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) to establish research initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols for future tech deployment
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and biotech innovators
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics and regulatory landscape (NIST, IEEE, WEF frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in Nature, Science, or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with global tech policy development (UN ITU, OECD)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or AI Governance (DeepMind)
