- Establish KPIs for innovation success and ROI on R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics leadership
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ tech landscapes
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech infrastructure requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (2020-2025)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
