Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before market saturation
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Global network of tech innovators and venture capitalists
