Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives across R&D, product, and engineering divisions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging technology disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving and future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in competitive analysis and market forecasting for disruptive technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academia
