As a key member of our Executive Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives. You'll conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems, translating complex insights into executable plans that drive competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen products and services
- Chair cross-functional working groups to align technical and business priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging tech prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Expertise in aligning tech initiatives with business transformation goals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
