Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of future tech trends
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) or advanced degree in technology/strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons, Delphi method)
