Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Manage innovation budget and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership on technology disruption and future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong data analysis and strategic modeling capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives and strategic deliverables
