Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruption scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neural interfaces)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research on technological disruption or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
