Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with multi-year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology management preferred
