Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies for enterprise integration
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Drive digital transformation projects with focus on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology solutions in large enterprises
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Experience with technology budget management exceeding $50M annually
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in TOGAF, CTO Academy, or similar strategic frameworks preferred
