Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, Nature, HBR)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future tech
