Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and potential disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future trends into tangible product development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership on future trends
