Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with quantitative trend projections and risk assessments
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or similar) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating completed future-state strategy projects
