- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track industry-first metrics
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 3+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in trend analysis using frameworks like STEEP or PESTLE
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and disruption modeling projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
