Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and sociocultural shifts to identify paradigm-altering opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Architect Horizon Dynamics' future-proof portfolio and investment thesis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
