Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities with future trajectories
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026+ market needs
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and competitive advantage
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or Innovation Management
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futures research into commercial innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
