Responsibilities
- Architect strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with organizational goals
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for early opportunity identification
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
