Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale 2026-viable solutions
- Analyze global mega-trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future strategies into corporate vision
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish in leading journals
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Fellows program
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused concepts
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
