Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives to anticipate industry disruptions and market shifts
- Architect blueprints for next-gen products/services integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to de-risk exponential technologies and accelerate commercialization timelines
- Champion a future-proof organizational culture through foresight workshops and innovation training
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven future projections
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ tech trajectories (quantum advantage, AGI governance, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
