Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruptors
- Develop scenario-based models to assess risks and opportunities for 2026 business landscape
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovators, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Drive culture transformation programs to embed future-readiness across 500+ employees
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or C-suite strategy role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with experience influencing Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or futurism
