Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Present future insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical framework development for emerging technologies
- Oversee innovation lab operations and R&D pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
