Responsibilities

- Present visionary roadmaps to investors, partners, and internal leadership
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across continents
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
