Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainability to inform 2026 strategic planning
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that bridge future foresight with current business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging technology pioneers
- Champion a culture of innovation across 15+ departments through mentorship and thought leadership
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs aligned with 2026 objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
