Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable AI ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present trend insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven executive briefings
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using our proprietary TrendSight™ methodology
- Author industry-shaping white papers on ethical technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotechnology landscapes
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (WIRED, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
