Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive market forces
- Identify and prioritize R&D investments for 2026-2030 innovation pipeline
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or tech foresight roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
