- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype emergent technologies in our Innovation Lab
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting tech deployment (e.g., AI governance)
- Represent company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects delivered 2020-2024
