Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with disruptive potential across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Design and implement scenario-planning methodologies for enterprise risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFtp preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
