Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations, whitepapers, and industry forums
- Monitor global geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Deep network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
