Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for strategic implications
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for tracking trend adoption and competitive readiness
- Publish quarterly trend briefings for investor and partner ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and external audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
