Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum adoption, AI governance, and climate tech innovation
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech R&D
- Design ethical AI implementation protocols aligned with future regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or innovation strategy roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
