Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term vision and execution plan for technological advancements leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on AI, blockchain, and sustainable computing.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Monitor global tech landscapes to spot disruptive innovations before they become mainstream.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to align innovation goals with business objectives.
- Prototype & Validate: Lead internal innovation labs to prototype and validate new concepts.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Guide the legal and technical teams in securing intellectual property for new inventions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership within a tech-driven industry.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-budget innovation projects.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
