About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, chat support, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar.
