Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and empathetic communication.
- Document all interactions and solutions within the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
