Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chat requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Accurately update customer accounts and transaction history in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and quality assurance.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Proficiency in computer systems, typing, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during peak call volumes.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
