Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance protocols
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/inbound settings
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
