Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend support coverage.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
