Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Meet/exceed quality assurance metrics (FCR, CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions and product training
- Uphold brand voice and compliance standards in all communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- Clear, articulate communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation for on-site shifts
