Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer problems.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications
