Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Meet/exceed KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR) while maintaining quality standards
- Document interactions accurately and maintain updated customer profiles
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Adhere to PCI compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
