Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution time)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to our downtown KC hub
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
