Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, real-time support to customers via live chat platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and product inquiries with precision and patience.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by resolving issues on the first contact.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the QA team to refine support scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate complex tickets to senior technical staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Customer Service is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
