Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, navigating web browsers, and MS Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts with patience and empathy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
