Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calls during the night shift.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- De-escalate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- No prior call center experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
