- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train and mentor new staff on shift-specific protocols
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Availability for consistent weekend and overnight shifts
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
