- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support team to escalate complex cases
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- US work authorization and clear background check
