Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects consistently.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
