Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the facility using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of all inventory counts.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping, adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices for inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
