Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team assignments and provide real-time guidance to staff
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
